Joan Kaufman wants two ‘wows’ when someone enters a room that she has decorated and designed. ‘The first ‘wow,’ anyone can get,’ said Kaufman, owner of Interior Planning and Design Inc. in Winfield. ‘It’s that second ‘wow,’ after they’re sitting there, and notice the level of detail.’
