Joan Kaufman, ASID, IIDA, principal of Interior design for the two-story building, and special attention was paid to the impact color would have on the overall design. The colorful glass block, for instance, serves as a backdrop for the receptionist’:s console desk in the entrance. The lighted colors were achieved with color neon tubes, mounted on an inner wall in a wave like pattern,, shining through the glass block, encased in a Pitcon reveal system for dramatic effect. The walls were finished in Polymyx for durability and textural interest.
