Alternative Home Health + Care Inc. is a firm specializing in providing at home health care services. The owners of the facility strive to offer individuals live-in care as an alternate option to an assisted living facility.

Reception Area - The overall design of the facility allows the needs of both the healthcare employees, trainees and their clients to be met in a comfortable and serene environment.

Reception Area - The facility is comprised of a welcoming reception and waiting area, an executive office, conference rooms, and training rooms, including an ADA accessible bathroom. The ADA accessible bathroom was provided to train staff for home-in patient hygiene care. Low VOC wall coverings and flooring materials were selected as well as low VOC furnishings and textiles. Window shading products are used to offer sun control.

Bathroom - Some of the ADA features include a 60 inch turn radius, a wheel in shower with bench seating, and both the hand sink and shower fixtures have ADA lever handles. The materials used are durable and allow for easy cleaning. The tile used is a regional material and has twenty percent recycled content.

Conference Room - The conference room maintains the same aesthetics as the reception area, with soft woods and lines. The room has two circular pendant lighting fixtures centered over the conference table to add drama while providing adequate lighting during meetings. The room can comfortably seat six individuals and has plenty of circulation space for the disabled.

Break Room - For convenience of the healthcare employees there is also a break room. The break room holds a kitchenette including both upper and lower cabinetry in wood that matches the rest of the facility and a stainless steel sink.

Executive Office - The executive office resides next to the conference room. It has plenty of room for both executive and clients to work and meet in the space. Lighting selections included energy efficient selections and automated controls.
