Some unique features of the 112,000 sq. ft. facility (35,305 Sq. ft. office space) include a 2-story atrium reception area with a 17′ high curved glass block wall backlit with colored neon lighting. The neon lighting provides a spectacular backdrop to the entry of the facility. The glass and neon wall glistens, particularly at night.

Reception Area - The reception features a custom maple reception desk, a large seating area, granite flooring and a two story glass block wall with neon accent lighting. The walls are highly durable yet feature patterns created by a Pitcon reveal system. The reception area also includes a stainless steel and glass monumental staircase with glass railing system.

Reception (glass block feature) - The two story glass block wall acts as a stunning backdrop to the main entry of the space. Neon lighting back-lights the glass in a wave pattern culminating with a neon lit railing at the second floor. Stainless hardware and lighting in wave patterns add to the theme in addition to curve ceiling soffits and a lighting control system with presets for client ease of use.

Conference Room - The Central conference room is surrounded by exterior glass then accentuated by interior glass walls. The Conference room looks out to the reception area and glass block curved wall. The curved stair served to funnel traffic to conference areas on either side of the central conference room.

Atrium Gathering Area With Skylight - An executive office suite resides at a central point of the second floor and includes an interior courtyard surrounded by full height glass walls showcasing a 16{-{a1}-} x 16{-{a1}-} pyramid sky-light. There are eight conference rooms, a training room with full audio- visual capabilities and a video conference room.
